I think that sometimes, it might be possible to ride the lameness out of your legs. it feels like I've been pushing hard lately, digging for some sign of a spark deep down. I've ridden almost every day this week, and today was the first day that there was a hint of snap in the legs. Maybe there is some hope for the ski season. I'll find out soon enough, dryland is going, I just need to drag myself out and start working. let the quest for fitness continue.
